I am so excited that you'll be joining me and tons of amazing women in the Live More Weigh Less 28-Day Challenge.


Every Sunday afternoon you'll receive an email from me that lays out your daily challenges for the week and tells you why each activity is particulary important for a happy life and body you love. I only included challenges that take a small amount of time but pack a powerful punch.

I will also be posting a picture of ME doing each challenge (yes of course I'm going to be doing this right along side of you) everyday on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. So please connect with me (now please) so you can get daily reminders and connect with the other women in the challenge.


I want you to take a picture of yourself or your surroundings while you're doing each challenge and post it to instagram and Facebook with the hashtag #lmwlchallenge. This will help you stay accountable and allow the other women to connect with you and cheer you on.


Besides the pride of knowing you completed the challenge, every time you post a picture of you doing a challenge with #lmwlchallenge and tagging me on instagram (@sarahejenks) or on Facebook, bonus points for doing both, you get entered to win a full scholarship to my signature program, Live More Weigh Less Mastery which starts on October 1st.
